Our last Scouting campout to Del Valle was an unforgettable experience! With clear skies and crisp air, we set out ready for adventure. After setting up camp, we enjoyed some delicious meals—nothing beats the satisfaction of good food shared around the campsite.
The highlight of the trip was our 7-mile hike. The trail was stunning, with rolling hills and breathtaking views of the valley. Along the way, we had a surprise encounter with some friendly horses, which added a magical touch to our journey. It was a reminder of how much beauty nature has to offer when you take the time to explore it.
By the end of the day, we were tired but proud of what we accomplished. It’s moments like these that make Scouting so special—bonding with friends, discovering new places, and creating memories to last a lifetime. I can’t wait for the next adventure!
